CFO & Director

Kelvin has over 15 years of extensive financial management experience with publicly traded companies. He is formerly CFO of Freeman Gold Corp. and prior, had progressively senior roles from Corporate Controller, VP Finance and Administration to Chief Financial Officer for a TSXV listed gold producer with $400 million in revenue over 9 years. He also held prior Controller positions in the mining industry with various publicly traded companies, including Prodigy Gold Inc., which was acquired for $340 million. 

Scott Eldridge

Director

Raised over $500M in combined equity & debt financing for mining projects varying from exploration to construction financing around the globe. Currently CEO of Canagold Resources Ltd and Chairman of African Gold Group Inc.

Jeff Wilson, Ph.D., P.Geo.

Director

Over 20 years in mineral exploration, consulting and market regulation. Formerly a Listings Manager at the TSX Venture Exchange, a Project Geologist at Placer Dome Inc. and Fronteer Development Group, Senior Structural Geologist for AngloGold Ashanti in Brazil, and Senior Geologist at Newcrest Mining in Indonesia.

Stephen Rentschler

MBA Finance, CEO

Stephen has over 25 years of institutional investing and shareholder communications experience.  Mr. Rentschler was the senior investment analyst and a founding member of the Chilton Global Natural Resources Fund in New York City, with peak assets of over US$4 billion. He is also the founder of Green Room Consultants, which advises natural resource companies on their investor communications strategies. Stephen has worked with and invested in companies of all market capitalizations around the world. He has a B.A. (Economics) from Hamilton College (Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa), Clinton, New York, and an M.B.A (Finance) from Columbia Business School, in New York City.

Darren Smith

M.Sc, P.Geo., VP Exploration

Darren is a Professional Geologist with over 15 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry. He is a Senior Geologist and Project Manager with Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd. and is also VP Exploration for Patriot Battery Metals Inc., and Director and VP Exploration of Ophir Gold Corp. He has also served as Director and Vice President of Exploration for Lithion Energy Corp. (formerly, Barisan Gold Corp.), and a Director of Athabasca Nuclear Corp. His  experience spans high-level project management and he has provided technical oversight for PEA, PFS, and FS level project  advancement.
